Copper Pot Chai is our house masala chai with balanced blend of pure spices and black tea leaves yielding a bold and energizing brew. The word Chai literally means tea in the Indian language of Sanskrit. Our signature house masala chai blend uses the finest ingredients to create an authentic drink. Our single-origin Assam black tea is perfectly paired with aromatic herbs and spices to brew a bold and flavorful and balanced cup of spiced chai.

Suggested Preparations

For an aromatic journey to India follow our detailed guidance. Bring purified water to a boil degrees Fahrenheit. Lower heat and 1 heaping tablespoon of Masala Chai per 8 ounces of water. Brew for 8-12 minutes. Strain tea and spice then add sweetener and milk of your liking.. Return the blend to your stove top and heat to a low boil. Remove from heat, serve and enjoy warm or pour over ice when you want a cool treat!

For a steeped tea experience follow our detailed guidance. Bring purified water to 180 - 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Add 1 teaspoon of Masala Chai per 8 ounces of water. Let steep for 4-5 minutes. Enjoy on its own or top with sweetener and milk to your liking. Enjoy!
