Our Estate Black tea is a blend of lighter notes of high elevation black tea blended with a perfect touch of bolder Assam tea leaves brewing a balanced drink with subtly bold yet smooth notes. This blend is prepared with tea leaves from our partner estates harvested in the three primary tea growing regions in India of Darjeeling, Nilgiri, and Assam. 

Preparation Suggestions

Bring spring or fresh filtered water under a boil. Allow to cool to about 180-185 degrees Fahrenheit. Measure 1 teaspoon of tea leaves for every 8 ounces of water. Steep for 3-6 minutes.

Serving Suggestion

This blend brews up a balanced warm tea. Enjoy on it's own for a shorter steep of 3 minutes. For adding a touch of milk or milk alternative and sweetener steep at least 5 minutes for a bolder brew.

This brew also brews a delicious chilled ice tea. Enjoy on its own or with a touch of sweetener. Garnish with a fresh slice of citrus or mint leaves.
